I don't recommend you lose weight. Based on your Body Mass Index, a healthy weight for you should be between 121 and 153 pounds. Anything below that would be considered underweight. That is not healthy nor safe. If you want to get rid of the fat, just exercise- do some cardio (such as running) and weight training to tone your legs. Exercise at least 3 days a week. Just try to eat healthier by limiting your junk food.

Since you're already thin or at least very near the bottom of a healthy weight range for your height, dont make the mistake of equating tighting up those thighs with loosing weight!
If they really are big, those thighs just sound like the shape genetics have given you. Just tone up. If your thighs are firm and muscular but still full or shapely, everyone can easily recignize that its just your shape and can have nothing negative to say. Its just who you are.
And if they do, skip them. You're fabuluous the way you are.
Good luck

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Stop eating all sugar and sugar substitutes. Sugar, when not used as energy, turns to fat.
