The whites are okay.
Otherwise, eat eggs only 2-3 times a week if they have the yolks.

I dont see a problem! I eat 5 whites for breakfast everyday. They are only 15 cals each so with you eating 10 you get 150 good clean calories and a lot of protein! Egg yolks do have lots of vitamins but they also have a lot of cholesterol... which is way bad! There are other ways to get your vitamins and not get a heart attack! I would say about 2 yolks a week is okay. Keep on eating and enjoy!

Not really, you are wasting a nutritious yolks where all the good stuff is. Eat 2-3 whole eggs instead of 10 whites, it will taste better too and you
will get vitamins and other nutrients that whites don't have.

Well... depends how its cooked and what your activities are during the day. If you have an active lifestyle and you the eggs arent fried, then its okay. If you arent the type to move around a lot and eat oily foods, no, NO, NO.
