High fiber will help you feel full. Also, try drinking a full 8 ounce glass of water before you sit down to eat, this will help with the 'full' feeling. Good luck.

Food.

Seriously:
Enterogastrones (a class of hormone), which are secreted by the duodenum of the small intestine after a high-fat meal, tell the stomach to release food slower. Thus you might feel fuller after eating fatty foods.

However, if you're trying to lose weight, eating fat won't help you. You could also try eating fiber-rich foods (such as many plant products, like salad).

Also, herbal supplements won't help you and they are often expensive. For example, ephedra extract was sold as a weight-loss supplement, but proved to be toxic; it was banned in the U.S. in 2004.

You could experiment with different foods to see what gets you to eat fewer calories. Exercise. If you are significantly overweight, see your doctor, who might give you medication.

Don't know about supplements, but drinking a glass of water before and after meals makes you feel full.

If you want to go all natural, eat some complex carbs that are rich in fiber. Protein at each meal also helps. Both these type of foods take longer to digest. If you want to try a supplement, you can try hoodia. Hoodia seems kind of weird in that it works for some people and doesn't for others. In any case, just up your fiber and protein and that should work.

Wholegrains are very filling (wholemeal bread & pasta, brown rice, rolled oats etc). Porridge is a great way to start the day. Try mixed with mashed/chopped banana or topped with something like honey.

Protein will help you stay full longer. Veggies are best for filling up without eating a lot of calories. So, eat some lean protein and a bunch of veggies! =)

hoodia works for me but not everyone. Drink a lot of water sometimes they say that you think you might be hungry but really your just dehydrated so if you feel hungry drink a glass of water if you still feel hungry eat high fiber & protine foods

Eat fruits and veggies. Cut out junk food, it tastes good, but does not give you any energy. But do not cut it out completly. You should always eat in moderation. Too much of anything is unhealthy for your body.
