when getting a visa as an international student to study in the US, can immigration search for records in local high schools to check if you attended any american school?

i studied 5,6, 7, 8, and 9th grade in a private school and had a student visa, but my parents bought a house here, so I moved to a public school. The problem is that I couldn't get a student visa anymore, so I just have my laser visa... I'm still 17, so technically, i'm not illegal (and i'm not getting any benefits from anything, and we do pay taxes)...so i'm in a dilemma, i'm want to study my career here in the US, i'm just scared that immigration will deny my visa or even take my laser visa away...

Americans had the discretion to check all the records in connection with the application of a person for a US visa. Thus, they can check all the schools for your application.

The law requires that you pay the public schools for the cost of your education. The answer is yes, CIS is likely to find out when you apply for a visa. You'll be arrested and deported for illegaly attending public schools without paying.

Think of it this way. If you go to another country to study, why would you not want to show what you accomplished? That's why we have some of the problems we have today, not enough compliance with the laws. There should be a requirement to check a student's activities.

They don't have the time or manpower to do that but you will be required to submit ALL transcripts of schools attended in high school AND college if applicable.**
