You realize you can be in a relationship in which NEITHER of you has the power to hurt each other? It's called love and committment, and you sound like you're not ready for it yet. Just give yourself time to be single and date people in a non-committed sort of way. When you're ready to dedicate yourself to one person, you'll know and you'll be willing to abstain from hurting that person.

Frankly, I think intentionally hurting people you claim to love makes you a despicable person. (That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.)
If you intend to be 'a cheater', the best thing to do would be to remain up front with the guys you're with that you are not exclusively dating. Tell them flat out that you're going to be with multiple guys, and if they have a problem with that, they should leave.
