I am 25 year old, 5'11, 170 lbs. I have pretty small arms and legs, but I am not that slim at my torso area. I have much baby fat around my chest so it looks like a man breast and also around my belly. I have pretty good diet and I work out twice a week. I drink occasionally but not that much. The fat around my body is really bugging me because I used to work out way harder (4 times a week) and I still couldn't get rid of them. Any suggestion???

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

What kind of work out did you do?? If you didn't before, try jogging or biking. Those are the most practical exercises for calorie burning. That's the only thing that will get you to lose weight.

The bummer for you is that there is no such thing as targeted fat loss. You cannot perform sit ups and expect your stomach to shrink nor can you do chest flys and expect your fat on your chest to reduce. So running will burn fat, hopefully its the stuff you want to lose although it's not guaranteed

Run, and do cardiovascular exercise to get rid of the fat. Make sure to eat a lot of protein, and do chest exercises with weights. Also tons of abs exercises. You should be a new man in a few months, but stay consistent and don't give up!

My best friend ron use to have this same problem, well now he "Doesnt" (he use to be self conscious about wearing t-shirts and tank tops he'd never leave home without a jacket). the way he lost weight and gained muscle fast was by weight lifting and toning his chest muscles. everyone knows that guys are more prone to gaining muscle fast by weight lifting. it took him 8 months to tone up and after 2 years of lifting weights and watching what he eats he is now like He-Man. (but he was very determined to loose weight and gain muscle so dont quit what ur doing you'll be glad you didnt In a years time).

Work out 3 days a week, cardio 2 days a week, lay off the beer and eat right....stay away from carbs.
