Im 12 years old and love cooking, i was thinking for doing a special dinner for my family.Ive been trying to look for black truffles, but all i got was oil with a hint of white truffle. One day i finaly hit the jack pot! With my new debit card a bought 4 black truffles. And now that i have them ive trying to stir up a good recipe.

I was thinking home made gnocchi with alfredo sauce and 2 slivers of truffle garnished on top. Please tell me your personal opinions on the recipe and please add your own, Thank you.

truffles are very expensive items the black ones being the most.make a pasta dish with a white sauce with mushrooms and after everything is plated you grate just a few slices of truffle over the hot dish ...very exsquisite add on:you have to put much more than two slivers on the pasta slice about 12 pieces great on good homemade gnocchi(i make a gnocchi that actually disolves in you mouth MMMMMMMMM

there is endless possibilities with truffles. Just be careful, they are very expensive as you probably know.... What you are doing sounds good to me. probably put 3 slivers on it in star kinda pattern touching on the tips
