Why do women LOVE tall men? Do they not know it is really awkward for the men or so it seems?

I can't imagine it is more painful than it is for a short girl to have to crane her neck to look up at a tall guy all the time.

My experience is that tall men love short women too. The taller the man, the shorter the women he has on his arm. I don't think those tall guys would be with the petite ones if it was painful (?)

I'm 5' and I love tall men because heaven knows my future children will need tall genes! I've dated tall men and no one has ever complained about my height. Did you know that short women get neck cramps from looking up???

I'm 5'. Everyone is tall to me! LOL. But I do like guys to be at least 5'8". Just because I'm short does not mean I would want to be with a short guy. Tall men seem to have more confidence.....and that's sexy.

Well I'm short and I never knew that. I guess I never thought about it. But it's also painful for a short girl to talk to a tall guy...ever thought of that?! My dad is really tall and I'm short...it hurts my neck when I look at him!

its painful? well...i dont think height matters, personally, but 9 out of 10 guys are at least 3 inches taller than me.
yeah its awkward for the girl too. try looking up at someone 24/7 and having "hows the weather up there" as a conversation starter.

I am 5' 1/4" tall and my husband is 6' 2". We kind of found each other. I have never heard him complain about me being too short.

I definately like guys that are taller then me I am 5'6 ...thats tall for a girl. I like tall men because I don't want to bend down to kiss my man ...its a power thing I guess I want to be submissive in that sense. I want to feel like they are strong, powerful.

You know its even worse when girls date a short guy?
when you hug its a bit awkward
because you have to hunch over
at least when the guy is taller
they can feel stronger and more powerful
and the girl can feel like the guy is more sturdy
if its awkward for the guy tell her to wear high heels or something.

No I always thought guys liked shorter women. I thought they felt awkward when dating a girl as tall/ or taller then they were. I thought it made them feel better to date a girl shorter then them. But thanks for the reality check on that.....good to know!
