For a girl who's friends with a guy she jokes arounds with alot, to go ahead and kiss the guy on the lips or is that a little to crazy of being clinging, because a year ago i told him that i liked him, but didn't get a respone, but we stayed close??

That's a tough question. I would go ahead and say yes, because by my morals [which are quite strict, actually] a girl should reserve kisses for the people who mean the most to them, and when the feeling is mutual. If he hasn't responded, then he's probably a bit surprised. Tone it down a little, and he will probably be more responsive. Touch his arm, play with his hands, etc.

Well i believe the best answer to that question would be that the kiss wasn't crazy only foolish if he didn't kiss back and if you two are still friends after you told a year ago you like him then maybe he likes you as well and just want to wait to have a girlfriend. or maybe he just doesn't want to mess up the friendship. but i will say if he didn't kiss back and didn't like it then dont do it again unless you want to loose his friendship.

If a year has come and gone and your guy has not indicated he wanted to get any closertoyou, then I would not plant kisses on his lips. That is a little pushy. Stay friends - unless he changes the situation.

Better to give it a try than to be in angst about it all the time. If it goes over badly, just apologize and let him know that you just wanted to see what it would be like. If he reciprocates your golden.
