There are some excess flaps on either of my belly.....Guyz help me....how 2 reduce these????

the key to reducing body fat is by controlling insulin. you want to cut out all processed carbohydrates and simple sugars. the majority of the carb intake should be derived from whole food sources like whole oats, beans, lentils, etc. each meal should include a portion of quality protein. as the day progresses the carbohydrate intake should taper down so at night meals should be protein based with vegetables and healthy fats.

you want to exercise at a high level of intensity for 60-80 minutes 4-6x a week to increase the resting metabolic rate. getting plenty of exercise is the key to increasing the metabolism but the diet ultimately determines the physical shape of the body

ohhh...the love handles...i have found thatthe best way is to do sit ups.
