see another doc to r/o internal malignancy,,,,,,,itching is sometimes a manifestation of that,,,,,,or fungal skin infection.your doc is sloppy if he does not take skin scrapings to send to labfolks to examine & culture.if he's still mystified, your urticaria could be a food allergy, maybe strawberry, banana, apple, blueberry, milk, soy, barley,,,,,,,everything (almost) we eat seems to have yeast, which is sometimes pivotal in tiny immune deficiencies ,correctable by avoidance and other measures,if a patient is not doing the chicken as far as a classic food allergy reaction,a lot of docs are inclined to leave a suffering patient with no option except over the counter crap that is useless.an 11 hour mineral water fast(1 8oz glass of mineral or tap water per hour for 11 hrs) and then taking a tiny bite,or swig,of your customary favored chompies & juices ,and waiting 1 half hour, then try something else,,,if,when symptoms return, you've found te culprit,,,,,like i said, might be corn syrup, one type of legume, beer, grape, etc,,,,,it takes persistence,,,,,,,probly wont go away by taking a pill,,,,,,,get a second opinion,,,,,,,,if aside from rash you check out ok,try the other measures,,,,,,also look below for other contact info
