How do I change a movie made on Windows Movie Maker to a .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, or a wmv file instead of a MSWMM?

I made a movie on Windows Movie Maker and I wanted to post it on the internet but the site won't support the file type the movie is under. The file types the site supports is .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, .wmv, .flv, .3G2, .3GP, and .avi. How do I change the file type to one of these so I can upload my video?

Go to the Publish Movie option instead of Save As.
