how can you view songs/videos on comptuer with zen?

question says it all. i don't have the software for it. what is a website where i can download it?

1) do a search on the Brand and see if you can download the software/drivers.

OR
2) plug it in to your computer, Windows should detect it and install it then you can just drag to move the files.
