Seems a little silly I know but she has added others from work and I know she likes me because she likes to spook me and tickle me when she walks by. I'm just frustraited because I'd like to make a connection with her outside of work.

maybe she's trying 2 seperate work from real life but it's odd that she'll add others from work. u should confront her about it.

Some people have various reasons for establishing friendships in Myspace. Did you 'ask' her to add you and she said 'no'? If so, then your next step is to ask her to lunch or dinner. If you KNOW she likes you, she might want a 'different' kind of relationship with you, BUT I caution you - dating someone at your work place can really set off some sparks if you start dating and then break up. Be careful in your selection. You have to know that person is mature enough to handle some kind of negative situation.

Do not consider Myspace as a way to connect with people. Ask her to go hang out outside work. Maybe she doesnt want people from work seeing her profile.

It is possible that she has someone else and is already dating. And for crying out loud it is JUST a website don't cry about it dude get over it. Obviously she isn't worth your time.

maybe she hasn't signed on since you asked her, but if she has that doesn't bode well for you, and she is probably just destined to be a "work friend".
