Your eyebrows don't really change color. It's just an illusion because you're going from being into the sun (which makes all hair look lighter) to going into a low lighted room (which casts shadows making your eyebrows look darker).

You're very smart not to color them because that could make you go blind. What you should do is get an eyebrow pencil that's a little dark than your natural eyebrow color and make brush like strokes with it on your eyebrows. Whenever you wash your face it will come off but it's better than going blind. :)

I use bareminerals direct from company through club membership, but here are QVC prices.
Use the brow powder: $11.00
Then use either Brow Finishing Gel: $14.00 to make it stay put for all day and evening wear, plus it doubles as a lash thickner, or
Use the Colored Brow Finishing Gel: $14.00 to make it darker. S/H at QVC is $3.97
Cheaper ways: several stores carry brow pencils that are smudge proof. Avon has some that work well.
Or a cheaper way is to go to a superstore and buy some waterproof brownish/black eyelash makeup and give it a light quick stroke over the brows and you're set.

The only difference in the pictures was the lighting. They were the same color. The best option is to just go ahead and dye them. Regular hair dye works, but be careful not to get around or in your eye.

In the two posted pictures, the eyebrows look fine. In both cases they look pretty so it doesn't really matter. As long as your eyebrows are shaped well then either shade looks fine. There's not a major difference between the two.

I'm not really sure if you can do anything about it trust me. My hair gets very dark in the winter and turns blonde in the summer and I am asked every other day if i dye it and I don't.

use like an eyebrow pencil or take a brussh and dip it in some darker brown eyeshadow (not too much!) and lightly brush it across your eyebrows

Try to use powder eyeshadow this will help your eyebrows stay in just one color. This is very effective.
