How can you get the songs/videos to your computer from a zenm if you don't have it's software?

my friend let me borrow her's but she lost the cd you put in the computer to install the software. Is there something you can download?

1) do a search on the Brand and see if you can download the software/drivers.

OR
2) plug it in to your computer, Windows should detect it and install it then you can just drag to move the files.
