Don't buy it, for one. Buy healthy, whole grain sugarless snacks, such as Cheerios, Wheaties or organic cereals. When you body is hungry, eat one of these. Your body will soon be satisfied and the hunger will go away.

High carb foods, like reduced fat cookies, increase your bodies craving for sugars, causing you to continue eating. As long as your body is not full, your mind will want to continue to eat to get the sugar.

Eliminate the sugar and the cravings will go away. I started eating like this 4 months ago, and I have lost 30 pounds.

3 days is all it takes to get rid of ANY cravings - you just have to be strong and not give in during those days.
whenever i crave something sweet i go in a store, look at labels (nutrition info) and usually lose cravings instantly. if that doesnt work - i get something small (e.g. one cookie, a little chocolate bar, icecream bar etc), open it as soon as get out of store, couple of bites and then it goes in the nearest trash can before i have had time to think about it.

You will gain weight if you don't stop. That's just reality. So if you REALLY don't want to...perhaps every time you have a sweet craving go for a short walk. Other than that and the fact you don't want to exercise, it WILL catch up with you.
