ok this is wat i do each day i eat twice a day a fajita wrap at lunch and cereal for dinner and i drink alot of water and hit my punching bag for an hour each day. will i lose weight this way?

you will lose water weight and muscle not fat and also slow down your metabolism. undereating is not the way to go.
also you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You will lose weight but it is CERTAINLY not healthy! You need more nutrients than that or your body will think it's starving. Then your body will hang on for dear life to every last calorie it can, and it will be HARDER to lose weight. Plus if you go back to eating normally you'll put it all back on!

#1, Eat Breakfast! It helps your metabolism!
#2, Make sure you intake like 1500 calories a day. You will lose weight and be HEALTHIER! Include all food groups too, plus lots of fruits & veggies!
#3 Do lots of cardio, as much as you can. And strength train with weights or bands 2-4 times a week.

Yeah, but its not a healthy way. You should be eating three healthy meals a day, and lots of fruits and vegies. Also do some cardio excercises, and punching the bag is good, but isnt enough. Try getting into a routine, like monday is abs and legs, and then tuesday is chest and arms, and wensday is running a mile ect.... so dont starve yourself, eat healthy and work hard and you'll be good man. No, you can lose weight and not starve yourself. You can try to eat a little less meat and have a salad at lest once a day. If you continue doing that you could get a eating disorder or something.
