If your sitting at a desk make sure your seat is at the correct height. You can place a small rolled up towel behind your lower back for support, also put a small box or something like that on the floor for your feet. Keep them slightly elevated. Get up and do back stretches every 15 - 20 minutes. Raise your arms up over your head and tilt backwards at the waist then forwards, then from side to side. Do this 8 -10 and it should releive the pain. The last thing would be to talk to your boss about getting a chair with better back suppport.
