more you will lose hope in the good things life can bring. Focusing on the negative all the time will eventually stick with you. It's better to make changes to make your life better. Don't think about why things are bad, make them better.
However, I do think there's one place where complaining is ok: Politics. You can't exactly "fix" what you think is wrong with our government by yourself. You'd have to convince others to feel the same, sometimes by complaining about what is wrong and suggesting how it could be better.

worse it gets,if you have ever noticed when people complain constantly about something whatever their complaint is gets worse and they truly believe it,its like they are talking themselves into getting sicker or whatever
