I do think you should ease up on the leg presses and hip slides, not because you believe boys find this intimidating, but maybe you're overdoing it, especially at your young age. If the boys aren't asking you out, it's not because of your workouts. Besides, not all the boys in the world even know about your athletic ability. You'll start having dates when you're a little older and the time is right. And don't work out that much, because you'll either stop having periods, or if you're not having them yet, you'll delay the process. And that is not good for you.
They say that girls don't develop muscles like guys do, but I've seen some horrific female bodies, muscular from working out with the help of steroids, and to me they look repulsive. Take more pride in your femininity and don't try to compete with the jocks. I think you'll be happier in the long run.

well first of all, don't leg press 380 pounds. it stunts your growth and then boys would definitely not ask you out. second, those boys aren't intimitated by you, they're just not interested. and instead of worrying about it, just focus on your schoolwork, you are only 13! believe me, having a boyfriend now won't be worth it 10 years from now when you are working at burger king, with no college education, faded, stressed out looks and being stupid.

What is with all these girls and six packs!!!...its disgusting!. just be toned and smooth a ripped stomach on a girl is sick. And your 13 so you don't need to worry about the boys asking you out right now. If you enjoy working out keep it up....but cut out the six pack.

A six pack isn't always a bad thing but maybe you should start toning your legs instead of building up muscle.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.hiyesok.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
