i think that depends on the person. Someone who is normaly a "bleeder" will probebly not want to do many things that get there heart rate going, because it can cause excesive bleeding. For most people, this isn't realy a problem, but they put you on pain meds, and it's usualy good to stay unactive for a couple days.

Interesting question....I have some experience in that I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and the very next day I participated in a 2-3 hour volleyball practice session (with chipmunk cheeks and all!) I would say that unless there is a prescription you are on that may make you woozy (i.e. hurt yourself if you fall), go for it the next day.

i don't know about cardio but i know when i got my wisdom teeth cut out i was vomiting the the first week after i got my teeth removed and really didn't feel too good about 2 1/2 weeks after that.
