I wish you would have told me your height and weight. Are you certain you're underweight, or is that your own body image. Many girls who think they're fat, are not, and they shy away from eating. That's known as anorexia, and it can have very serious effects on your body. You need to eat a healthy diet that includes protein, carbs, fats and fiber. Eating healthy will not make you fat. Stay away from junk food like chips, soda and sweets. And if you continue to develop food phobias, you will need the help of a psychologist, as this is a mental condition that is detrimental physically. From what you're telling me, you're on your way to an eating disorder, and I'd hate to see that happen to an otherwise healthy young girl.
