its not a good diet - eats undereating and you end up losing only water weight and muscle not fat plus you slow down your metabolism.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, however, I've been doing WW for a year and have lost 30lbs (my goal!). I followed the Points System. It was easier for me that way, so I could see exaclty what I was eating, how much of it, and the days I didn't do so well, at least I could check back to my book to find where I went wrong. We all slip up sometimes, it just happens. It's the mindset of wanting the change and knowing it works. The mentor at my group is an outgoing and exciting woman, she makes it fun to be there. Going to the group meetings gives you a chance to share with the other members what works, ways to improve, recipes amongst good times and group trips.
Weight Watchers really works. even if you don't have the time to write down the foods you're eating and how many points they are, it's as simple as keeping a running tally in your head. You know what you're consuming and if it's part of your plan or not. You have to be honest with yourself, and sometimes that's a hard thing to get passed too.
Within the first two weeks I had lost 4lbs and I could seriously feel my pants were looser, my coworkers commented on how I looked healthier and that my face looked thinner. (I made a pretty big deal out of going to WW and let everyone know about it, haha ;) ).
I love WW and you can basically eat anything you want, that's the beauty of it! With portion control of course as a factor amongst others. It's an awesome plan and I recommend it to anyone who is ready to make a change of this caliber. :)

i found the e book to be very informative and ordinary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too rapidly. i visit confess i've got not observed the handbook precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet usually) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i could observed it precisely i think of it could scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i could lose. So thank you back for the counsel. i've got by no skill offered something like this earlier because of the fact they're many times crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start off as we talk!
