Guys can get cramps from running or health problems. But if you're talking about menstruel cramps, NO, guys do not get these. Menstruel cramps are cause by the uterus contracting to rid the inner lining... also known as a period.

Anyone, including males, can get cramps, especially stomach cramps and muscle cramps. But the cramps that girls are always talking about are menstrual cramps from their periods, which are caused from uterine contractions. Be glad that you don't get that kind if you're a guy.

I started getting cramps just after my reverse hysterectomy (it's actually called a hysterintome). I bloat, get cranky, I want to cry ... it's just awful! Usually going shopping helps me feel better though ... I just love going to the mall!

Now that I get cramps, I realize that girls actually get cramps to bolster our economy. Without that extra shopping every month, a lot of businesses would bo belly up!
