First of all, do u haf 2 speek lik this? cuz its rely annoying. And second of all, (and back to understandable language) why do you want your hair blue? No offense, but that really wouldn't look good AT ALL. And plus, it would make your mom very mad, and she'd lose her trust in you. But if you STILL feel the need to dye your hair, I don't believe salons have an age limit or anything, but you will need someone to drive you there.

Please learn to speak English. But no, plenty of people under 18 get their hair dyed at a salon. I don't know, maybe SOME salons require you to be 18, but it's not like you're buying alcohol.

Yes you have to be 18 or either parental permmision is required......ask your mom about temporary hair color like...umm...wat your hair color right now??? do something like this (click the link below)

ummm, you might want someone older than you come with you. if you dont have any older friends, then the people at the salon will be suspicious.

no I dont think so I went to get my hair dyed when I was 17 at a solon they dont you for an id is not your getting a tatoo.
