You can not actually make your hair thicker. Use hair mousse to build volume. Do not use a grocery store product they all contain wax which will weigh your hair down. I suggest biolage shampoos, you can get is inexpensively at a place like hair cuttery. Also try BioSilk to adds shine avoid a leave in conditioner it will weigh your hair down also.

Well, you will probably want to use a chemical relaxant for you hair first. I would get this done at a salon as I don't know how you would do it at home.
Good choice of leave-in conditioner, I wouldn't change that.
Also, if you want thick hair, look in a salon for a product (Hairspray) called "Big Sexy Hair." It works really well.
After you get out of the shower, towel dry your hair until damp. Blow-dry it and then put in your leave-in conditioner. Fluff your hair and shake it upside down a bit, while spraying the Big Sexy Hair-spray after you toss your hair back right-side up. Arrange your hair the way you prefer with your hands before the hairspray dries all the way. Should do the trick and works pretty well for me. Hope this helps!

Try Aveda's Damage Remedy - they have a daily shampoo, conditioner, and then a weekly conditioning treatment. Also, hair salons have conditioning treatments where they use oils, and those really help. Really, you should try to make you're hair a bit healthier before you do anything else to it. I have fine hair - it's not going to get any thicker without the use of extensions. A perm will make it appear fuller - but will not actually make it thicker. Good luck!

Don't get a perm or dye your hair.
It'll ruin your hair and can give you some sort of brain disease.
If you use a leave in conditioner, than it'll dry up and crackle you make your head look like you have dandruff. It happened to me.
If you want to thicken your hair, just don't use the brushes with the teeth.

Arrrk i'm top there with you thick dryish very curly hair... Pantene, Sunsilk are not too solid as they comprise a silicone, now for a speedy time they seem ok, yet then they coat your hair and don't enable sufficient moisture in.. making it extra unmanageable. in case you could merely discover the money for food market products ( as many human beings can) Then attempt to adhere with Schwartzkopf.... and easily wash you hair each and every 2d to 0.33 day to permit the particularly some organic oils to get by using it and do their interest. ward off blow drying, and attempt to apply a circulate away in conditioner/ scientific care extremely of a curl booster or de frizzer. suitable suggestion of all is to discover a hairdresser with comparable hair and ask him/her. solid luck...

Go as short as you can stand to start getting rid of the damage. If your going to keep coloring your hair stick to the same color and just do the roots once a month. Make sure to use a good conditioner and if you have to use heat on it make sure to use a spray in heat protector. Good luck
