I would paint the walls off white and have pale green and gold accents.

1] ivory/white/beige/gray is always neutral, safe
2] paint the wall opposite the couch wine, and other walls neutral
3] pale gold - especially if the wood has a golden tone
4] sage green will complement all the shades
