I'm sure what works here will work there. Chicken livers work pretty good, I'm assuming you're after snapping turtles... so any type of well-scented, meat-type bait would be prime, innards 'specially, cuz they just smell so good....

(if you can find any, lung works really well, and floats.... and gets really stinky.... and puts out a bit of a slick.... heck, who knows what you'd catch on lung up there....)

Good luck, when am I invited over for soup?

No guarantee, but I have NEVER caught a turtle on liver!I personally use Rooster Liver,Chicken works fine but it can fall off when you cast!Rooster Liver is very tough and wont fall off.Use a circle hook!
