Take baby steps, if dieting is hard for you-like most of us-if you make it too difficult you will not stick to it. Make small changes at first, like cut out soda, or chips or something like that. Stop eating fast food. Park further away when you go shopping and make a list and buy ONLY what's on the list. Devote at least 3 hrs a week to some sort of physical activity. Once you start to see results it may give you the drive to push yourself further, there's nothing like success to motivate you!!! Good Luck!!!

a GREAT way to lose weight is to run regularly. During cross country season last year i lost 15 pounds, and i do not have that kind of weight to lose! (im quite skinny). But I can guarantee that along with your dieting, if you run regularly, (maybe 2-3 miles 5-6 times a week) you will definately lose more weight. You don't have to run very hard either, but it helps.

Go out and find a really nice outfit that you would like to wear, make sure you like the look of it on the rack even if you know that it might not fit you buy it anyway without looking at the size, then wehn you get it home, check the size out and hang it somewher that you are going to be able to see it every day and make that your goal to be able to look fab in that out fit for that wedding... you go gurl......
