A friend mentioned I might have blown a fuse. Any ideas? I inherited the pre-amp so don't know much about it.

The pre-amp is made by Proceed.

Most likely...you probably did blow a fuse...unfortunately if it is a high-end pre-amp....you won't be able to replace the fuse. It would be an internal electronic part soldered in place.

What brand pre-amp is it?

Hi. Pre- Amps are usually very hardy as they only amplify the signal enough to supply the Power Amp.Leaving them on indefinitely can't hurt them .Do you know the name of the Pre-Amp and also the name of the Power Amp connected to it.Then i may be able to help you . Thanks
