In Spain it is the most normal thing.
In South America it is not used.

Only in Spain they use "vosotros".
(Devin is also right about "vos", but it's used in many other Spanish speaking countries, such as Costa Rica (that's where I'm from), Nicaragua, Paraguay, etc...)

Spain uses "vosotros" regularly, but really nowhere else!
A variation of "vosotros", which is "vos", conjugates the verb close to how "vosotros" does, but not quite. "vos" is mainly used in countries such as Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
Examples:
Vosotros tenéis un carro en casa.
(You (all) have a car at home.)
Vos tenés un carro en casa.
(You have a car at home.)

Yes, Spain. They also speak Catalan which is a much older version of Spanish.

maybe in Spain, but in countries as Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela they use the TU and in countries as Argentina and Uruguay we use Vos (we call it voceo).
