Its Ok to have them out together as long as they are not near each other. Don't ever trust a bigger bird with your smaller one. I do keep a blue crowned conure with a cockatiel but we went through some bonding times before we let them stay together. Just watch them and see how they interact. It may take awhile before you can even think about trusting them without supervision.

Well congrats on your new cockatiel! I wouldn't let her near your amazon parrot since they have such strong beaks. As for your parakeets, it all depends on their personalities. I had a cockatiel and a parakeet and after about a month they actually lived in the same cage with no fights or anything. This may be a gender thing, or perhaps some freak of nature. I think that if your parakeets and cockatiel are out in an open space where you're close by to monitor any fighting, it should be completely safe. Good luck with your cockatiel!

I think the cockatiel will be ok if she is out at the same time as the parrot. Just make sure they stay away from each other. The parrot is so much bigger and may injure her. Also the cockatiel should do fine with the parakeets as long as she isn't aggressive towards them. I have my parakeets in the same cage with my cockatiels. It is a really big cage. They get along great. They all prune each other it is so cute.

I have all 3 as pets. It is unwise to have the Cockatiel loose near the Amazon, as the big parrot will certainly hurt it. Cockatiels and Parakeets get along wonderfully as long as the Cockatiels are not a mated pair. If a mated pair in the same cage and nesting, the male will kill the Parakeet. Mating Parakeets will chase off a Cockatiel but that is all.

Yes, they can be out at the same time, as long as they don't appear to completely hate each other.
Don't let them within striking distance of each other though (keep them as far away as you can), and never leave them unsupervised.
Cockatiels often do get along with budgies, but budgies are known to be quite aggressive. If you have a few, I would be worried that they may attack her. However, your budgies may be normally placid.
You know their personalities best.
