If you are too concerned take your baby to a doctor and get a diagnostic biopsy of the lesion, there are a variety of options depending where this spot is, you might be able to remove it....however you need to know what the lesion is first..when you know a definite answer search about it and read..then decide what you want to do.

Most likely a birthmark or vitiligo
