you sound underweight to me....but if you feel like you want to lose some fat and get in better shape:

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

sure, I might see an endocrinologist. In the interim, do a log that suggests EXACTLY what you're consuming (degree it!) and your activity. I have the equal drawback. I used to be below a thousand energy an afternoon for just about a yr and misplaced... eleven kilos. Now, I consume one million,800 energy an afternoon, activity half-hour 6 days every week and am wasting approximately one million.five kilos every week. What modified is that all of a sudden my blood sugar used to be so much bigger and document positioned me on metformin. ASK your constant health practitioner should you would check out a low dosage of metformin to peer if it might make any change. It might not be included by way of coverage considering the fact that it will not be deemed medically vital, however I began wasting weight inside two-three weeks. You'd recognize inside three months if it have been making any change (and it is at the Target $four commonplace plan, $10 for ninety days).

I would say stay away from wheat and food products that have high fructose corn syrup in them. Don't drink soft drinks because they have lots of calories and are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup. You could always volunteer to mow the lawn. Some good outdoor work will help.
The big thing is not to starve yourself. You cut out wheat, but eat your meat, fish, chicken but add extra vegetables and fruit to your diet. Go for bicycle rides. Just eat healthy and stay away from snacks. Your normal weight might be 110 lbs. To get below that might be unhealthy. So just eating properly, walk, bicycle, play tennis, etc. If you are already lean you might not lose weight because there is nothing to lose. You might even look unhealthy if too skinny. People often think they look great because they are thin but they look starved and unhealthy to the people looking at them.
Remember too that when young people have bodies thin like greyhounds. But they fill out as they grow older. So you can't always expect to be a toothpick, nor does it look good to be one.

Yes you don't need to loose weight but I can understand where you're coming from. Basically, exercise a lot. Whenever you can. Join the gym and lift weights to tone and run your *** off!! (Literally). Don't touch chocolate bars or starchy white carbs (white pasta, white bread, noodles, pasteries etc). You can try cutting out heaps of carbs while you're at it and try only sticking to fruit and vegetables for carbs. For fast results, cut the calories to a low amount (less than 1200) and exercise!! You will loose weight. It won't be " for life " but it will be for summer. In the long term, just exercise regularly and eat healthy.
Id love to be at your weight now! lol.

You don't need to lose anything but the idea of losing weight. You could gain 10 pounds and still be healthy and look like a nice woman and not hungry.

cardio...i won't tell you you don't need to...even though you probably don't....but anything that makes you breathe heavy, where you huff and puff because you're out of breath, will help you lose weight. biking, jogging, aerobics, dancing in your own room until you're exhausted, soccer, running...etc. weightlifting can help you fine tune stuff, if it's already in pretty good shape, but the cardio is the way to go for instant weight loss. (eat less carbs too-but don't starve yourself...that means less white bread, pasta that isn't whole wheat, potatoes, nuts, sugar) you sound like you're ideal weight already...i wouldn't change too much....a combination of the above, very moderately, will get you there in no time.

You don't need to lose ANY weight at all. In fact, you need to gain some. You are underweight for your height, which is very dangerous. Adding five pounds to your frame will do your body good.

Perhaps eating only 'low-energy-density' food is the most effective way to loose weight. And it works even when you don't watch how much you eat, and you don't have time to exercise.

Here is an article about it:
