I am moving soon and the digital cable there isnt up to par. Was wondering which satelite provider is better basically in all aspects. Weather interference, HDTV, channels, sports, etc, etc. Let me hear your opinions please. Thanks.

I'd clearly vote for Dish cause:
- cheaper
- more channels and more variety
- awesome picture quality

I chose to stay with dishnetwork after I bought my first high definition TV because it offers a better variety in hi def channels,and it gets even better with a dvr.

i had them both. i use direct now. dish failed me in customer service after 10 years.
