You should start out the letter as 'Dear Whom it May Concern:' and then go from there, but be direct on what you want to say and don't say anything you wouldn't normally say. Also, it would be a good thing if you had said the positive things about the shows. When you get finish the letter, finish it with 'Thank you' then sign your name.

I think Twilight means "To whoom it may concern", that's the traditional and much more sense-making phrase.
