i've dyed my hair 3 times already... if i dye it again will my hair like fall off?

i doubt it, i bleach & color my hair about every 6 weeks...

Nope, there's no such number. If you're using a proper dye, you can dye your hair as many as you like. For example my mum had grey hair and go to hair dresser once a month to dye her hair.
If you feel your hair is so damaged, try some leave-on conditioners or hair masks to repair the damage and postpone your next dye for a while.
In addition, new generation of hair colors has been launched. They're formulated without ammonia, so they're less damaging than the regular dyes.

There isn't a set number of times.. just take a couple weeks or a month in between dyeing it, and if it feels fried or really dry, use a repairing conditioner or a hot oil treatment. It won't just fall off, lol. Just make sure it doesn't get too damaged, that's the cause of it falling out.

your lucky t hasnt already your suppose to wait at least 3 moths before dyeing it again id recommend you not dye it a 4th time wait till it grows out some

well, there are no limits. but if you really care about your hair , do not dye it so often. i have colored my hair two time. then i find out my hair is dry and it does not shine any more. take care your hair
