I also dont follow the BMI because i think it's for adults only - my friend is apparently underweight after calculating her BMI and is so worried that shes too skinny, but she's actually ok.

You would not be considered overweight. At your age and height, you'd have to weigh over 127lb to be considered at risk of becoming overweight. But this is according to (teen) BMI, which is not always accurate. It's just a comparison of your height and weight, it takes no consideration of your build or how much muscle you have.

But my guess, is you are probably just fine and shouldn't worry so much.

HTH : )

Overweight guys aren't rewarded--they've prime ldl cholesterol and become diabetic and debilitated of their forty's. You are making an severe errors in good judgment. You are mistaking a correlation for intent and outcome, that's natural amongst sloppy "social" technology varieties. Working within the company international is highly time ingesting--they almost count on you to show your complete existence over to some thing shallow, materialistic objectives are imperative with a view to push up benefit and inventory costs. The guys who do good in our financial system often don't have any existence. They would not have time for health and right vitamin and have a tendency to loosen up with beverages and dangerous meals. I can see this obviously amongst my friends. I, alternatively, am kind of a respectable failure, however I'm nonetheless a aggressive athlete at forty and feature the frame to turn out it. I could not do this if I donated my complete existence to dealing with a few bull **** company workplace. I do consider that thin females have a tendency to be handled larger in our society and that obese guys aren't as discriminated towards as obese females. But all obese persons pay a rate that's larger than monetary whilst their well being begins to go to pot in advance.
