Absolutely, with the following three provisos:
1. You're not eating this poultry yourself.
2. You dislike the people to whom you're serving this food.
3. You own shares in a toilet paper manufacturer.

No Man it would take too long to reach cooking temperature and would be off by the time it did.You can cook chicken on the hot engine block though. Use boneless and cut it into strips and wrap in foil with seasoning.

If its already cooked and covered then yes. I once put a hot pocket in the dash of my van with a window visor that was reflective, when I came out 40 mins later it was hot and crispy. Just make sure its covered and already cooked and you'll be okay.

No. Bacteria begins to breed at 41 degrees. After four hours between 41 and 140 degrees, the bacterial growth becomes enough to make you ill.

Erm. NO.
You shouldn't reheat chicken at all unless you're making it REALLY hot. The dashboard of your car will just make it warm enough that any bacteria that may have settled on it will reproduce like crazy and make you sick.
