find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

5-10 min a day of exercise
going up the stairs in a buliding u can go all the way up to the top floor or you could jsut go half way
u could do it wit friends make it funner ( dont be too loud lol)
wit music too

u could go 4 walks wit friends or mum
play sports with ur family

DANCE !! is the funnest way to lose wat n is fun

so after you eat food or B4 u shuld put the music up and dance through 1 CD

make it CREATIVE it may seem like fun!! but it works

OR BORROW ECXERSE VIDEOS from the library
n do them wit friends/family

theres HIP HOP ones as well at teh library PAULA ABDUL...

put music on n make ur own moves


CUT OUT TEH SUGAR IN UR DIET only natural sugars u shudl consume

n lower ur fat intake
eat more veggies
snack more on healthy stuff

don't eat any food containing fat first of all and secondly exercise until you feel a burning sensation...that's the body fat being burned off , and then just keep feeling the burn and don't forget to stretch before and after so ya don't get lumpy and have unnecessary pain from burning off the fat. O.k duh everone said exercise.

But here is a way to exercise and it's fun. It worked for me and I didn't even realize I was working hard because I was so focused on what I was doing.

It may sound dorky but it works

The secrete, is DDR

yep you guessed it dance dance revolution.

It's out on every system too.

so go out and buy the game and pad and have a hay day and watch those pounds drop
