he's going to race for jr motor sports....and how in the hell can u be a jr fan but not a dei fan???? a little strange newways yes it's true dale jr and his step mother never got along she just wants to turn dei into a museum with dale sr. instead of doing what wouldbe better and giving it to jr and letting him keep racing for dei but if dale earnhardt sr was still alive the subject of jr changin teams would have never been brought up and i don't think tht it should've teresa (his step mother) is just being a jackass

First of all it is not his step mothers company, DEI stands for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated, She is NOT Dale Earnhardt.
She is a greedy, selfish, money grabbing, power hungry ***** who is running DEI into the ground. That is why he is leaving. He can't win as long as he is there because she is a complete and total MORON. She is a disgrace to the Earnhardt name as well as DEI. If Dale Sr. was still alive none of this would be happening.
This was not easy for him, it is heartbreaking. Since his dads passing, he IS DEI.

RCR is my guess
he says he will stay with chevy
but there is not room in hendrick
and he has too much to do to make his own team
and the other option is gibbs
but him and childress get along well and RCR will cut him a sweet deal
and he will be a better competitor with good equipment

I think Rick Hendrick would love to add him to his great pairing of Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. This could happen by getting rid of Casey Mears. That would give them 4 great drivers if you include Kyle Bush, President Bush's grandson..........lol
