Yes, the army is the army. They both knew that and they disobeyed. They deserve what ever they get. If they really loved each other they could have waited.

If you thought your sister was in trouble maybe you did the right thing. There may ahve been a reason that your sister did not say where she was going though and it could ahve been for the best if she left.

I had a friend who left and it was the only thing he could do. Maybe you told the military for your own personal reasons and satisfaction though which would be a real bummer hey.

But either way your sister and her new husband may get in a lot of trouble and they will find out you reported as the army has to tell them how they found them and you may lose a family member.

No you betrayed your sisters trust. Obviously she did not want to be in the army. You should have allowed her to do the right thing herself not do it for her. I have alot of family in the service and would never give them up like that. You'll find out whether you did the right thing when you and your sister speak. Who was more important the army or your sister? Your actions showed your answer.

You have help to put this situation to an end. The sooner they fine you sister the better closure for the family. You have the done right thing. If your sister fail to understand this, tell her they would of caught her sooner or later and there are no way she was going to live a free life.

Don't feel bad of what you have done. In another manner this is a different version of 'tuff love' I am proud of you.

God Bless

Yes you did. They would have found her soon enough anyway. Maybe this way they will be a little easier on her since they didn't go through a lot of trouble and expense to look for her. If they don't go easy on her there is nothing you can do about it. Just know you did the best thing for her and try to relax about it.

i know that this was a hard decision to do but as her older sibling, you had the right and the responsibility to check on her because even if you guys dont talk to eachother that much, nothing will EVER change the fact that you are siblings... you did the right thing...............but you should also remember that she might be confused because she may have now realized that joining the army was a mistake but at the same time, she is helping fight for our country..... it is up to her to choose the path upon which she will lead her life but you as her older sibling must guide her to the right one........
i know that you butted in to her life but this was an emergency and you are partly responsibile for her actions no matter what happens........... dont feel guilty because you may have stopped something worse from happening....

HOPE EVERTHING WORKS OUT:)

this is a hard one. some ppl join the the army but realize it is not supposed to be and are stuck. so i understand that. but everyone has doubts once joining and have to realize that they are helping our country. so i think you did the right thing for our country, but as a sis, i would never forgive you, it would be hard to trust you and such. but in the end it may help her stay on the right path so i really am all over the place with this one.

Yes. You are being a good citizen and a good sister. You did what was best for the long term. She may not appreciate it at the moment.
