Well, if a man can't be his woman's best friend, then she might as well have a diamond to console her. And the statement "man's best friend" means man in general...as in mankind. Humans. Not just the male half of the species.
And who are you to judge women? Some men are worse than dogs...at least dogs have the capacity to love. Some men have hearts of stone and minds always in one place. Maybe if men weren't so focused on getting as much p*ssy as they can, they'd find a good woman. Why do you think we get b*tchy?
