I agree with Jade. I am thinking it is muscle tension caused from stress?? I would for sure try a massage, even if it is from your significant other or family. And have that done more than once. If the pain does not go away, see your doc! GOOD LUCK!!!

most likely it's strained muscles. Use a heating pad for twenty minutes. This will relax the muscles. Wait ten minutes and put an ice pack on the area to take down any inflammation. Use Advil soft gel capsules for fast relief of the pain.
Take it easy for a few days. If it does not feel better by Monday see your medical doctor.

You could just be tense and a simple, gentle massage could relieve the pain. Or you may need to visit a chiropractor to re-align your back. Try getting a massage first, and if the pain is still there, i suggest visiting your nearest chiropractor.

How old are you? Are you female? Any history of heart disease in your family? Take an aspirin. Call a doctor.
