A lot of pork is actually grain fed now, so most of it is almost as lean as chicken. All meats have fat, even skinless chicken breasts. Anything fried is going to be worse for you than eating lean meat, however. Even fish is fatty, but at least it is a good fat, but should still be eaten in moderation (4 oz portions)
