Depends what you're planning on doing. Starting Monday, I'm trying a 95% raw food diet (no, that does not include raw meat and eggs and such). Basically, a raw food diet means you eat nothing but living foods, such as veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds, etc. You stay away from anything processed, like bread, wheat, dairy, meat.. anything that needs to be cooked. Plus, you eat all the fruits and veggies in their natural state, so no cooking allowed. In the morning, I'm making a fruit smoothie, made out of a half banana, frozen fresh fruit, some fibre and hemp protein, and some pure vanilla. For my snacks, nothing but fresh fruit and veggies, like baby carrots and an apple. Lunch is a nice salad with raisin's (they're dried, not cooked grapes) and some almonds, again with a piece of fruit or something. For supper, some more veggies, maybe a yogurt (I did say 95% raw, not all raw), and maybe some more fruit, we'll see how I feel. So yeah, that's my diet plan.

There's no such thing as a diet. You have to make a lifestyle change. Look, lower the amount you eat and ad exercise like a walk in th emorning or evening. Start with that. I do Tai-Bo. It works great for me. I eat whatever I want. I was 220 pounds and in six months I was down to 190. That is where I feel good.

Go to the market and buy some packages of Lipton's dry Chicken Noodle soup. Buy some frozen veggies and maybe a couple of cans of chicken meat. Make a big pot of soup and eat it 3-4 times a day for a week and you should lose weight pretty fast. Dry chicken soup is very low in calories and fat. And the veggies are very tasty in chicken broth.
