Get yourself some evening primrose oil and take it everyday without fail. I started back in 1998 and after 20+ years of having Psoriasis it has almost cleared for the first time in my life. If I had only known sooner. Good Luck

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. But recently after someone shared this video https://tr.im/TreatmentspsoriasisQP2t everything has changed. My psoriasis completely cleared by putting these changes in place. I only wish I'd taken photos of before and after because it truly has been miraculous. I am getting married in Oct, 2015 and I am wearing a strapless gown that also shows my back and I am confident (not like before) that my skin will be soft and pretty vs red and flakey.

Are you sure it's psoriasis? One thing you can do is to get out in the sun. Put sun screen on the area where there are not any psoriasis patch. Wear shorts or a bathing suite so the sun can get to those area where you have psoriasis. You can buy Elta cream at CVS Pharmacy and apply just a LITTLE bit to the area, it goes along way. Do not use Elta cream and go out side!! As for better treatment, go to a dermatologist, who will prescribe vitamin D or corticosteroid ointment.

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"
I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!
Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:
the red, inflamed itchy skin.
The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.
The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.
The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.
But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.

You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

You can buy Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment (100% natural colloidal oatmeal.) It helps relieve the itching and smoothes the skin. It's not a 100% fool proof remedy, but it does help. You can get over the counter creams, but if you pick the wrong one it can worsen the condition. I have been suffering from psoriasis for years and have tried almost every cream out there. If your condition is also some sort of eczema you can aggravate the condition with over the counter products. This is my particular condition.

You should find that eating turkey meat will help or taking triptophan suppliments. My son has psoriasis and also can't afford medications. He uses over the counter things like Hydorcortisone creams. He has the weeping type all over his arms, sometimes even inside his mouth, nose, and all.

A couple of capfuls of cider vinegar in the bath works wonders.
