Calesthenics....think military..they don't use equipment most of the time. Pushups (even the girl kind), sit ups and crunches, squats and walking lunges...the bigger the muscle group...the better. Walk until you can gradually build up to a jog (it's a slow process..but walk for 5 to 10 minutes and then try to jog for a minute....build up slowly)....as the weight comes off, your joints will better tolerate the high impact of jogging. Your pushups and crunches and squats should not be done everyday. Give the body atleast a day between resistance sessions.
For your diet...I don't know your situation...but I do know that it's really hard to get an entire family to change eating habits. Choose the best possible options you can with what you have to work with. Have veggies? Have mom or dad not put butter or sauce on it. Got cereal??? That's a super quick low cal meal in itself. Try to eat smaller meals...5 or 6 of them...meals aren't always a huge three course experience. Piece of bread and peanut butter....bam...nice little filler with lots of protien. Drink water instead of pop or juice.
It's hard to change lifestyles....so understand that with exercise and better eating habits, it's going to take a little bit of time (2-3 months) to see real fat loss results....keep moving!!! That's the biggest part of it!

Well, first of all, I am a teenage girl, so I hope that I can help.
My best advice would be to find an exercise that you really enjoy doing. If you have comcast cable, you should have on demand workouts which offer a lot of programs to choose from. If not, just try a couple of different things (i.e. jogging, walking, gymnastics, yoga, whatever) until you find something that you enjoy doing enough to stick to in a daily routine.
I'm sure you can work with the food that you have in your house. Preparation of food has a lot to do with the calories in it. Never fry anything, bake or grill, and try using Pam instead of butter to save some calories. Give up soda if you drink it for water or if you must, diet soda. Ditch coffee too, try tea instead, with Splenda instead of sugar.
See if you can convince your parents to switch to soy milk, or better yet, light soy milk instead of cow's milk. It's a lot higher in protein, and much lower in calories or fat.
Just start checking labels and paying attention to what you're eating. 3,500 calories is one pound, so cut calories accordingly to reach your goal. Don't try to starve yourself, if you feel hungry, eat something, just make sure it's a healthy, relatively low-calorie something.
Good luck!

walk one hour at a park in the morning and same in the early evening.
Drink green tea or any unsweetened tea .
Cut out dairy products completely. No Ice cream either!!! You can have frozen pineapples or other fruits instead.
For breakfast, you can take a cup of frozen strawberries or any berries, one banana and a cup of orange juice.
Blend it. It will be thick so it will fill you up and give you energy.
Eat anything you want in moderation for lunch and dinner.
take your time when you eat, you will eat less and it will help you digest it better, burning those calories quicker.
Don't ever starve your self or use any diet pills.
You can do it!!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well, my aunt is presently seeking to unfastened weight. What she does is consume reduce off all her carbohydrates and fats and sugar (wheat, fried meals, chips, snack muffins, and many others...). She eats all of the meat she wishes on account that meat has no carbs. She additionally began to bake her meats as a substitute of frying them. And she eats plenty of small snacks for the duration of the day as a substitute of gigantic foods. About half-hour earlier than she is going to mattress, she has a salad. Try going for walks round your vicinity, or lifting weights. that constantly is helping me while i activity. Or you might do push americafor your arm muscle tissues.
