This is really out on a limb, but if you live in a large city with a Japanese bookstore, check out the magazines area, because you should be able to find some book or magazines of punk, emo, and Japanese rock style hairdos and fashion. For some reason Japanese hairstyling is pretty punk-friendly. Good luck to you!
